Job profile

After a thorough training period, you will take care of the logistics and purchasing activities for ID products within Card Service Nederland (such as Badge Printers, Cameras, Biometric Systems, Card design and print Software, ID cards, ink ribbons and printer accessories), supplied by one of ScreenCheck’s most important customers.

You take care of the registration and management (administrative and physical) of all incoming and outgoing goods;

You have a coordinating and proactive role with regard to solving (imminent) material problems;

Monitoring internal and external orders, repository entries and counts, corrections, as well as logistics management and optimization of the warehouse is part of your task area;

You maintain contacts with suppliers, carriers, internal departments;

You work with the Exact Online automation system and take initiatives  to improve the reliability of repository & order processing;

Processing webshop orders and contributing to the article management of our webshop www.cardsupply.nl is also part of the tasks.

Candidate profile

As a Logistics & Purchasing employee you have recent and demonstrable experience in a similar position. You have a commercial attitude with a sense of technology and you are analytically strong and proactive.

Your working and thinking level is at MBO level, obtained through education or work experience, a Nevi training is an advantage.

Of course you have good oral and written communication skills in Dutch, English and preferably also German.

We offer a part-time position with a market-based salary depending on age and experience and good fringe benefits.

You will be employed by Card Service Nederland and the working hours are 24-32 hours per week, preferably spread over 5 working days and can be arranged flexibly in consultation.
